First Friday - Art Market, New Exhibition, Live Music

It's our kick off to First Fridays with warm weather! Every First Friday through October, we will be hosting an art market with local vendors, live music, and our art gallery will open the new exhibition for each month. Come hang out, support the arts, and have some great food!

This month's artists are Chad Campbell and Katie Rout with their exhibition "You will be the End of Me."

Join us for Jim Pennell’s first set at Parkside!

Dr. Jim has played rock 'n' roll, country, blues, and folk in bands, duos, and as a solo act across the Midwest, Northeast, and South. Although his primary solo instruments are 6 and 12-string guitars and harmonica, Jim plays mandolin, bottleneck dobro, bass guitar, drums, keyboards, and woodwind instruments.

When she's not performing, Jamee is an elementary music teacher, sharing her passion for music with young minds. Her musical influences are diverse, from the iconic harmonies of Queen and Hall & Oates, to the timeless songwriting of The Beatles, to the emotional storytelling of Noah Kahan and Chappell Roan. Whether on stage or in the classroom, Jamee’s love for music is contagious, inspiring all who hear her play.

May Wine Dinner with Abbi Merriss

Join us for our monthly dinner for May!

Each month we do a chef driven, coursed dinner paired with drinks selected by our Beverage Director, Jackie Adams.

This month we will explore Bavarian wines from the Johnson Brothers portfolio, with James Beard nominated Abbi Merriss throwing down in the kitchen with help from Heather Haines!

Tickets are $95, with the $30 reservation being deducted from the $95 at the end of the meal. Spots are limited, so secure yours today!

Live Music Brunch with Aaron Grubb

Aaron Grubb has been entertaining audiences with his talents since he was 7 years old. His mixture of gospel, folk, and country influences have helped shape his unique vocal and guitar style into an exciting and enjoyable sound which appeals to most any audience he is in front of. His musical journey has brought him to a wide range of stages, including opening for, Trace Adkins, Martina McBride, Diamond Rio, and other notable national acts. Fronting bands over the span of his career has given him an undeniable ability to entertain. Aaron's time onstage will leave audiences engaged and pleased by familiar scores that bring back fond memories.
